About us Advance Therapy is a registered NDIS provider with clinics in Sunshine and Pascoe Vale South. Our growing multidisciplinary team consists of 15 clinicians across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy, supporting participants aged 2 to 100 under NDIS, Support at Home, Medicare, Private, and DVA funding.

Our company was founded and is run by clinicians who understand the industry first-hand.

Our Clinical Managers have over ten years of experience, and our Clinical Leads have five or more. Someone is always on site to talk through a case, rather than waiting for scheduled supervision.

The role A caseload of current and existing clients, tailored to your areas of strength and interest — paediatric, adult or a mix. Alongside it, you will supervise junior and intermediate clinicians within your profession, lead group PD sessions with our other clinical leads, and support the Clinical Manager with projects and business development.

Leadership time is pre-booked into your week, not added on top of a full caseload.

Supervising others is one of the best ways to sharpen your own practice. Most of our leads say explaining their clinical reasoning to someone else has made them more deliberate with their own practice.

The Clinical Lead role is not a people management role. Performance management, rostering and HR sit with the clinical and practice managers. Your supervision time and leadership support clinical reasoning, complex cases, and skill development of our OT's.

Your hours are your hours

All work is completed within paid hours.

We don't expect our team to write reports at night, catch up on notes over the weekend, or do admin from home. Notes, reports, correspondence, preparation, supervision and travel all count as work. If a week runs over, you can take time back as time in lieu or receive paid overtime.

Complex participants and unfamiliar areas of practice may take longer, and we allow for that when allocating within your rostered day, along with travel.

How we work

We are a values-driven practice. Quality, growth, accountability and transparent communication shape day-to-day decisions. Quality means outcomes for the participant, not maximising the hours in their plan.

We employ a dedicated team of admin staff, practice managers, and allied health assistants. They handle service agreements, funding follow-up, invoicing, scheduling and forms, so that work never lands on clinicians. Our unique model means we do not set billable KPI targets or ask clinicians to chase unrealistic numbers.

Clinicians see their own clinical service utilisation data, reviewed alongside a manager who can provide the support and adjustments needed — caseload balance, complexity mix, travel, or extra support in new or developing areas.

Our team tells us three things that make Advance Therapy unique.

1. We discuss referrals before allocating them. Someone has thought about who fits the participant, what the work would do for the clinician taking it on, and what support they would need to do it well.
2. The team is experienced and shares what it knows. There is always someone available in the team to bounce ideas off. We share our templates, assessments,

and resources so everyone has the right tools for the job.
3. Where someone is upskilling in a new or emerging area, they get extra time, templates and support to build into it. Nobody is handed a caseload and left to work it out.
