We’re growing our OT team and looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to do good work, have a bit of fun doing it, and be part of a genuinely supportive team.

We’ve recently moved into a brand-new, purpose-built clinic space designed to make therapy practical, engaging and enjoyable. We also have a great team with the ability to support clients across the lifespan, giving you the opportunity to work with a varied caseload and develop the areas of practice you’re most interested in.

Flexibility is a big part of how we work at GTC. As a community therapist, you’ll have the flexibility to structure your working week in a way that works for you and your participants. This could include a mix of clinic, community and school-based work, depending on what best supports your clients and aligns with your clinical interests. We’re committed to working with you to create a role that is both rewarding and sustainable.

We’re big on autonomy, collaboration and trusting our clinicians to do what they do best. You’ll have a supportive team around you, opportunities to work across disciplines, and plenty of room to develop your own clinical interests.

A bit about us!

Geelong Therapy Co is a community-based Occupational Therapy practice supporting children, young people and adults across Geelong and surrounding regions.

We provide high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services tailored to each participant’s individual goals, needs and circumstances.



Our current team of 12 works across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings, as well as from our purpose-built brand new clinic, The Hub in Fyansford.

Our growing team have expertise across all areas, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Home & Living Assessments, Assistive Technology, home modifications, mental health OT, psychosocial and forensic practice, paediatric OT, skill development and support to increase independence in everyday life.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred therapy and making a genuine difference in the lives of participants. We value therapists who are confident working autonomously within the community, while also enjoying collaboration and learning as part of a supportive team. If you demonstrate strong communication, organisation and clinical reasoning skills, a willingness to continue developing your clinical expertise, and an ability to build genuine relationships with participants, families and support networks, come chat to us!

Experience within the NDIS and community OT is highly valued, however, we are equally interested in therapists who are eager to learn, develop their skills and establish their own area of clinical interest and expertise.
