An exciting and rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the team at St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is keen to develop their skills in a variety of clinical settings and thrives within the quick pace of a hospital environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following selection criteria:

We seek highly motivated individuals passionate about customer focused care and who thrive working within a multidisciplinary team. You will have well developed clinical and communication skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:





- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
- Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised occupational therapy treatment programs
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands and work between clinical areas
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice

Remuneration:

On offer is base hourly rate of $45.16 - $62.81 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
