About the Role
Working as part of our centralised administration team and in close collaboration with our Support Services Team, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across the organisation. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and effectiveness of services that support people living with MND.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data across multiple systems
- Provide general office support and reception duties
- Support onboarding administration for staff and volunteers
- Contribute to the smooth, professional day-to-day running of the office
About You
You are detail-oriented, reliable and take pride in producing accurate work. You understand that efficient operations are critical to a mission-driven organisation.
You will bring
- High attention to detail
- Confidence working across multiple systems (experience with Salesforce advantageous, or ability to learn quickly)
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to work on-site in Oxley from 8:30am–4:30pm full time
- Clear, respectful communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset
