We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, experienced, highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Accommodation and Community Services team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Chance In this rewarding role you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Accommodation and Community Services division. You will be a key point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators, employees, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring enquiries, intake processes, service agreements and operational activities are managed efficiently and professionally.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in administration, customer service, intake, coordination or operational support roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A skilled and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Candidate Requirements
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Community Services or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current Drivers Licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
