About the role

Executive Demolition Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee demolition projects throughout Sydney and NSW. This is a senior leadership position suited to someone with strong demolition or construction experience who can manage multiple projects, lead site teams and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee multiple demolition projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate supervisors, operators, labourers and subcontractors
- Plan labour, plant, equipment, transport and project resources
- Monitor project programs, budgets, productivity and performance
- Work closely with clients, builders, engineers and other stakeholders
- Review project scopes, methodologies, SWMS and site requirements
- Ensure all works comply with SafeWork NSW requirements, Australian Standards and company procedures
- Conduct regular site visits and support supervisors with day-to-day operations
- Identify project risks, delays and cost issues before they impact delivery
- Manage variations and ensure additional works are properly documented

About you

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager,



Project Manager or senior supervisory role
- Strong experience within demolition, civil construction or a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A thorough understanding of demolition methods, plant, equipment and site logistics
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and demolition compliance requirements in NSW
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams at the same time
- Strong planning, budgeting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- A current NSW driver licence
- Construction White Card
