About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and help drive the continued growth and success of our business. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, confident in managing people, processes and priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily business operations and workflows.
- Manage staffing, rosters and operational priorities.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and key business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.
- Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Be able to work autonomously.

- Has proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior operational leadership role.
- Is an excellent communicator and confident people leader.
- Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Takes initiative and is comfortable making decisions.
- Has a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Is professional, reliable and accountable.
- Can build strong relationships across teams, customers and suppliers.
- Must be able to pass a police check.
