Your Nursing Agency (YNA) is looking for an experienced Operations Manager – New South Wales based full time at our Kent Street office in Sydney CBD, to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in the continued growth of our business across NSW.
This role is responsible for leading and growing our agency business across hospital and residential aged care and our community programs which include Support at Home, Department of Veteran Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Supported Independent Living and iCare

YNA has been connecting nurses and carers with healthcare providers since 1970 and is one of Australia’s longest-standing nursing and care agencies.
We support hospitals, health services, aged care facilities and other healthcare providers with access to a flexible and qualified healthcare workforce.
As part of Torrens Health, YNA combines the agility and specialist expertise of a healthcare staffing business with the scale and infrastructure of a broader Australian health and care group.
Our NSW team is supported by specialist capability across Clinical, People & Culture, Quality & Compliance, Work Health & Safety, Finance, Marketing, Technology and Data, giving our operational leaders access to expertise and support when they need it.

- Experience leading and developing teams.
- A strong commercial mindset and confidence taking ownership of business performance
- An understanding of how recruitment, workforce availability, utilisation and client demand work together
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability

You will have significant ownership of your operation without being expected to do everything yourself. As part of Torrens Health, you will have access to established specialist teams, national YNA leadership, workforce technology and the broader infrastructure of the Group.
It’s a great opportunity for an operational leader who wants autonomy, commercial responsibility and the chance to build, while still having the backing of an established national healthcare business.
