An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Analyst to join a large-scale manufacturing setting supporting critical production, maintenance and supply chain operations. Working closely with operational and technical stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting, enhancing and optimising Oracle EBS manufacturing systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving business processes and acting as the bridge between business users and technology teams.

The Opportunity

As the subject matter expert for Oracle EBS manufacturing and maintenance modules, you will be responsible for driving system improvements, resolving complex functional issues and ensuring core manufacturing processes are supported by efficient and reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the SME for Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules including Manufacturing, WIP, MRP/ASCP and Oracle Maintenance.
- Analyse manufacturing and maintenance workflows and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, production performance and inventory accuracy.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex production, resource planning and maintenance-related issues.
- Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production Managers,



Maintenance Teams and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure the integrity of Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centres and Asset Registers within Oracle EBS.
- Participate in functional design, configuration, testing and user acceptance activities.

About You

- Experience supporting and configuring Oracle EBS R12 in a Functional Analyst capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Work in Progress (WIP), MRP and maintenance processes.
- Experience with production execution, resource management and cost accounting.
- Understanding of demand forecasting, material requirements planning and broader supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

Highly Regarded

- Oracle Cloud ERP migration experience.
- SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
- Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or FMCG environments.
- Oracle E-Business Suite certifications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
