About the Role Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-delivery process, ensuring customers receive accurate information and outstanding service throughout the life cycle of their orders. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Distribution Centres and customers, you will proactively manage order fulfilment, backorders, inventory issues and delivery performance while identifying and resolving potential challenges before they impact customers.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage customer orders from order placement through to delivery
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues
- Monitor and manage backorders, updating promised delivery dates as required
- Process order amendments, revisions, cancellations and customer enquiries
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning and manufacturing sites to track supply availability and delivery schedules
- Review order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales teams
- Monitor inventory availability and aged stock within distribution centres
- Process stock rotations and related supply chain transactions
- Lead regular order review meetings with sales teams and distribution partners
- Anticipate supply issues and provide early warnings to key stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management or Customer Operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing customer orders within a complex supply chain workplace
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ERP system experience (SAP or similar highly regarded)
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
