The part you will play

As part of the Organisational Development team/People & Culture department you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community. Working on:

- Creating learning experiences that help people and teams thrive.
- Building leadership capability across all levels of the organisation.
- Shaping culture and engagement initiatives that make City of Whittlesea a great place to work.
- Supporting leaders to navigate change and build high-performing teams.
