About the Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Origination, you will lead the identification, development and pursuit of infrastructure opportunities across New South Wales. You will oversee competitive tender submissions from strategy through to delivery, working closely with the Senior Origination Manager and operational stakeholders. The role covers pipeline management, market engagement, client relationships and tender governance, while providing leadership to the NSW Tender Team to secure high-quality, compliant and commercially sound outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead identification and prioritisation of NSW opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline
- Drive bid strategies that maximise ACCIONA's position
- Build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders




- Lead tender governance and executive approval processes
- Mentor and develop the NSW Tender Team
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations

Required Skills and Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field
- Significant origination or tender management experience
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary tender teams
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management background
- Experience developing bid strategies and work-winning plans
