The Role

We are seeking a caring and capable OSHC Lead Educator to join our team in a part-time capacity, with an immediate start.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and support the delivery of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children that aligns with Steiner philosophy
- Support the OSHC Coordinator and lead the service in their absence, managing operations, staffing, and compliance
- Build solid, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe, organised,



and joyful service experience for all children

What You Bring
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A sound understanding of, or willingness to engage with, Steiner education
- Experience working in an OSHC or early childhood setting
- A nurturing, proactive, and inclusive leadership style
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
- Geccko (1-4) National Child Safety Training
