About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Packing & Dispatch Operator to join our team full-time. We operate from a new, purpose-built 7,000+ sqm office and factory, designed for efficient workflow, safe material handling, and a well-organised working environment.

This role is responsible for preparing customer orders accurately and ensuring products are packed, checked and dispatched on time. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and wants stable employment within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Check quantities, dimensions and order accuracy
- Wrap, strap and secure loads for safe transport
- Load and unload trucks and customer orders
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Assist with general warehouse and factory duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in warehousing, dispatch, production or manufacturing preferred,



but not required — training will be provided
- Current forklift licence required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, steady work ethic
- Practical mindset and ability to follow clear processes
- Team-focused and willing to learn
