We are proudly partnering with a growing allied health provider with clinics in Melbourne's north and east, who are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team.

Based in Bundoora, this role will have a Paeds / early intervention focus and day to day you will be

- Working in a child-centred team with neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approaches

- Providing evidence-based interventions individually or in groups

- Working closely with families and a multi-disciplinary team who provide OT, Speech and Play Therapy services

- Assessing and reporting on children's functional abilities





Our client has been in operation for almost 10 years and has 18 clinicians across 2 sites with 2 OT Clinical Leads and 1 Speech Clinical Lead. They are now looking for a mid-career Speech Pathologist with options to step up into a Senior role and support / supervise early career clinicians alongside the Speech clinical lead.

You’ll receive outstanding leadership and admin support, and with billables lower than market average, you can focus on quality care + your development and still earn outstanding bonuses monthly.
