The Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Panel Beater / Automotive Spray Painter to join our growing workshop. You will be responsible for returning vehicles to factory specifications with high attention to detail, handling everything from structural panel repairs to flawless paint finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality panel beating, straightening, and alignment checks.
- Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles using modern automotive refinishing systems.
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicle parts accurately.
- Ensure all repairs meet strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a qualified Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter.
- Must be a domestic applicant (Australian citizen, permanent resident,
or holding full working rights within the country).
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
