Panel Beater – Full-Time – Sponsorship Available (Mornington VIC)

Mach 1 Panel & Paint Pty Ltd is a busy, well‑established repair shop in Mornington. We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team. Sponsorship (482) is available for suitable candidates already living in Australia or abroad and willing to relocate.

About the Role

- Full-time position, Monday–Friday
- Overtime
- Mix of insurance, fleet and private repairs
- Modern, clean workshop with strong workflow
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

- Structural and non-structural repairs
- Dent removal, pulling, welding and panel replacement
- Working to insurance and OEM standards
- Maintaining a secure and organised work area

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Panel Beater (Cert III or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred




- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Candidates already in Australia who require 482 sponsorship are encouraged to apply
