Paraplanning Manager | Hawthorn | $120K-$130K Package An exciting prospect for an experienced Paraplanning Manager to take the lead in a growing financial planning team based in Hawthorn.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced paraplanner who enjoys mentoring, managing workflow and supporting a high-performing team, including an offshore paraplanning function.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing paraplanning workflow across the wider financial planning team while providing guidance, mentoring and support to the offshore paraplanning team.
About You:
- 7+ years' experience in paraplanning
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Proven experience working with and managing an offshore paraplanning team
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance
- Excellent organisational and workflow management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to mentor and develop others
