Current Opportunities

With beautiful clinics in Hampton and Brighton, we are seeking a new team member to take over an existing caseload and join us in one or both locations. Whether you are interested in part time or full time hours, we offer flexibility and are open to discussing the role that best fits your lifestyle and professional goals. To best accommodate our clients, some early morning, evening or Saturday availability is preferred.

Class Coverage

Alongside an existing caseload, we have a number clinical exercise classes we hope to cover. We are happy to support clinicians returning to Clinical Pilates after a break, with refresher training and in-class support available if required. The majority of the classes only require cover until January /February 2027 and we can readjust hours after this if preferred. We currently have classes to cover as folllows:

- 2pm, 4.30pm and 6.30pm on Monday, (until Jan/ Feb 2027)
- 2pm, 4.45pm and 5.45pm on Tuesday (until Jan/Feb 2027)
- Thursday 3pm and 4pm (ongoing)

If your availability does not perfectly align with these hours,



we still encourage you to apply. We are open to considering multiple part-time roles and anticipate expanding our team over the next 6-12 months. A start date around 12 October 2026, or earlier, would be ideal, however some flexibility is available.

Purpose-Built Boutique Clinics: Work within modern, light-filled boutique spaces intentionally designed to support professionalism, privacy, calm and an exceptional client experience.

Our exercise studios are equipped with a carefully selected combination of premium Pilates and strength-training equipment.

Fantastic Bayside locations: our Hampton clinic is steps from the beach, shops and cafes, while our new Brighton clinic is in the heart of Dendy village.

Private Caseload: Treat a mix of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports clientele, with a more than 99% private caseload. We do accept Medicare CCMP, Workcover and TAC clients at the clinic, however we bill our private fees directly to the client. We support clinicians shaping their caseload to align with their clinical interests over time.

Strong Marketing Support: Benefit from a comprehensive,



multifaceted marketing strategy designed to support ongoing practitioner growth and ethical caseload development.

Professional Development support: while autonomy is central to our culture, so is learning. We provide access to online professional development resources, regular in-clinic education sessions and opportunities for collaborative case discussion.

Cliniko software: for efficient electronic notekeeping and online booking. Video analysis software to support your assessment process.

Specialised assessment facilities: The clinics are equipped for running and cycling assessments. We are also open to adding additional services and assessment facilities in the future, in line with your unique skill set.

Role requirements

Candidates for this role must have:

- Full AHPRA registration, please note this role is not suitable for temporary registration
- The right to work in Australia
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy, private clinic experience preferred.
- Experience in delivering Clinical Pilates as either one on one or group settings. Both formal and informal training is acceptable, refresher training and in class support for initial weeks can be provided if required.
- A combined manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation approach to client care - where clinically appropriate.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely empathetic approach to client care
- A commitment to ongoing learning, qualified growth and clinical excellence
