Created by Pipeline Talent, Dreamjobz operates as its own business and brand while drawing on the established networks, relationships and experience of Pipeline Talent – a 100% Aboriginal-owned executive search and advisory firm specialising in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment.

As the platform continues to grow, the next stage is about building more employer partnerships, expanding the job seeker community and ensuring both sides of the platform have a positive and genuine experience.

About the role The Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in the growth and day-to-day operation of Dreamjobz, working across employer partnerships, business development and job seeker engagement.

You will proactively build new employer relationships, identify and convert business opportunities and support existing partners to get the most from Dreamjobz. Just as importantly, you will help grow Dreamjobz’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seeker community through outreach, events and relationships with community organisations and networks.

About you

You are a confident and genuine relationship-builder with experience in sales, business development, partnerships or a related client-facing role. You enjoy creating new opportunities,



building trust over time and are comfortable representing Dreamjobz with employers, community organisations and job seekers.

You will bring strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to balance relationship-building with the organisation needed to keep enquiries, opportunities and follow-ups moving. Importantly, you will be motivated by both sides of Dreamjobz – growing employer partnerships and building an engaged Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seeker community.

Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated sales, business development or partnership-building capability.
2. Solid relationship-building and communication skills across employer, community and job seeker audiences.
3. Confidence representing an organisation in meetings, events and community settings.
4. Ability to engage and grow Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander networks and job seeker communities.
5. Strong initiative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow-through.
6. Existing networks or credibility within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, business or employment circles, or the demonstrated ability to build these quickly.
