LMM Holdings Pty LtdSD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia, is seeking a customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, service excellence, and supporting both retail and workshop customers in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be responsible for interpreting and processing parts orders accurately, managing inventory and administration tasks, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting department performance and contributing to gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Process parts orders, accessory requests, and trade quotations accurately and on time

- Ensure prompt service to retail, trade, and workshop customers

- Maintain accurate records, back‑order management, and internal tracking files

- Liaise closely with technicians, service advisors, and warehouse staff

- Maintain a clean, organised,



and professional Parts counter environment

- Provide accurate parts advice and identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate

- Ensure WHS compliance and adherence to Sime Motors Australia policies

About You

- Experience in automotive parts, retail, or a similar customer‑facing role

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- High attention to detail with accurate invoicing and paperwork

- Confident using computer systems and learning new processes

- Organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

- Skilled presentation and a team‑focused approach

- Current, clean driver’s licence
