About the role

We are seeking a Sales consultant with knowledge & experience in the 4wd industry to join our Dandenong South team.

Your duties as a Sales Consultantwill include but not be limited to:

- Handling retail trade sales and customer quotes over the counter




- Handling trade sales over the phone and in person
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
- Effectively and accurately fulfilling customer orders and quotations
- Meeting OH&S; requirements

About you

- Previous experience in automotive sales/parts is a MUST
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Current Driver’s License and own reliable transport
- Accurate numeracy and good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- A robust commitment to OH&S; policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
