Role Description Cake Studio & Content Assistant | Brisbane | 3 Days per Week

I’m looking for a talented and reliable Cake Studio & Content Assistant to join me in my Brisbane studio.

This is a hands-on role supporting the development and production of content for my online cake education platform, including recipe testing, baking, cake preparation, decorating and preparing projects for filming.

The position is initially 3 consecutive full days per week, with the potential to grow to 4–5 days per week.

The role will involve

Baking and preparing cake components, fillings and desserts

Testing and refining recipes

Assisting with cake decorating and creative projects





Preparing ingredients and projects for filming

Supporting the production of educational cake content

Maintaining an organised, efficient and clean studio environment

- Working independently on assigned tasks as well as alongside me during development and filming

I’m looking for someone who is practical, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organised, with a genuine interest in baking and creative work.

Experience in pastry, baking, cake decorating or a professional kitchen would be an advantage, but formal pastry qualifications are not essential. I’m equally interested in finding someone with strong practical ability, the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn.

A good visual eye and appreciation for detail and sophisticated design are particularly important for this role.

This is an onsite position in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane, so applicants must be based locally and have the right to work in Australia.
