The Role
This position will see you manage our regional branches across NSW, maintaining and growing our client relationships in these areas, and overseeing the teams’ operations out of each branch. This role rewards those who are seeking to build, collaborate, and source creative solutions to the difficulties of regional service delivery.
This role will report to our Service Delivery Manager for NSW and will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients across regional NSW.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all patrol operations are compliant with WHS procedures
- Review patrol incident reports, alarm activations, and daily activity logs
- Monitor alarm response KPIs, alarm response times, and patrol completion rates
- Identify and implement continuous improvements across your branches
- Coordinate and attend regular client meetings, documenting outcomes and actions in the CRM
- Assist with onboarding new patrol contracts and managing contract cessations or transitions of services
- Recruit, interview, and provide support in onboarding and training new Patrol Officers
- Manage performance of your team in collaboration with HR and relevant support teams
- Work closely with provider partners to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements of the position
- Full Australian Driver’s License
- Current NSW Security License
- Prior experience in security management
- 4 years of experience in the security industry or a transferable field
- Robust knowledge of patrol operations, alarm response and WHS
- Australian Citizen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
