We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance and Remediation Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-entity payroll remediation project. This is a great chance for someone who has previously led payroll remediation, transformation or outsourced a payroll function and is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.

Key focus areas:

- Lead the remediation of identified payroll compliance risks
- Review and validate payroll findings across multiple entities
- Analyse historical payroll data and quantify underpayments
- Apply strong knowledge of Modern Awards, EAs, Fair Work and superannuation
- Identify payroll system and process issues contributing to incorrect payments
- Develop robust remediation methodologies and maintain strong governance
- Partner with senior HR, payroll and business stakeholders throughout the process

About you:

You’ll be a senior payroll specialist with proven experience delivering complex payroll projects, strong technical knowledge and the ability to confidently manage sensitive issues from investigation through to remediation.
