- Supporting HRIS administration and process improvements
- Working closely with People & Culture and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth payroll processes

About You We're looking for someone with:

- Strong experience with HRIS/payroll systems - experience with Kronos is highly regarded
- Good understanding of Australian payroll legislation, payroll tax, WorkCover and superannuation
- Experience with salary packaging and novated leases
- Understanding of awards and Fair Work compliance
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and formulas
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Experience working within a manufacturing, operational or multi-site environment will be highly regarded. Why This Role?

You'll have exposure across payroll, HR systems, employee lifecycle, compliance and HR processes, with the chance to contribute to ongoing improvements across the function.

The role is full-time and primarily office-based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

If you're looking for your next opportunity and are keen to develop your career across both Payroll and People & Culture, we'd love to hear from you.
