?Who are you?

You’re an experienced payroll professional who loves the nuts and bolts of end-to-end payroll.

You’re confident working autonomously, comfortable navigating Awards and EBAs, and know how to build relationships with operational stakeholders. You’re practical, solutions-focused and happy to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

You’ll bring

- Strong end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience managing multiple payrolls and pay cycles
- Modern Award and EBA interpretation capability
- Payroll systems and Time & Attendance experience
- Strong payroll compliance knowledge
- Confidence working autonomously
- Great stakeholder management skills

?Day to day

You’ll take ownership of three payrolls across fortnightly and monthly cycles, including:

- End-to-end payroll processing
- Month-end and year-end activities




- Award and EBA interpretation
- Payroll compliance, audits and testing
- Time & Attendance rules and configuration
- Managing changing hours and overtime
- Troubleshooting payroll discrepancies
- Partnering with managers and operational stakeholders
- Responding to payroll queries and navigating trickier conversations when required

?What's in your toolkit?

You know payroll inside out and can confidently take ownership without needing lots of direction.

You’re comfortable investigating issues, interpreting conditions and explaining payroll outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and practical way.

Experience with UKG or iChris would be advantageous, but strong transferable systems experience is absolutely welcome.
