Support worker - Chittering Avivo•Chittering, WA, AU

Ready for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for passionate and motivated Support Workers across Chittering and surrounding suburbs to support our customers and make a real difference in their everyday lives. With a variety of customers and support needs, you'll build genuine connections and provide support that's tailored to each customer. Some shifts are straightforward support, while others involve higher care.

What You'll Do:

You'll support people in your local community, helping them feel confident, connected and supported. You might also:

- Support with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming
- Help with housekeeping, cleaning and everyday tasks
- Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation and cooking
- Help people stay connected with their community and the things they enjoy
- Build genuine connections and provide personalised support

Most shifts are around one hour,



so you may have several visits across the day with breaks in between.

What You Need:

- A caring, reliable and adaptable nature
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to complete required screening checks
