JOB DESCRIPTION

Moyne Health Services, in Port Fairy, invites applications from qualified Registered Nurses to join our Residential Aged Care team on an ongoing part time basis. As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will be responsible for the day to day requirements to ensure consumer needs are met, in a person centred approach with a focus on outcomes for consumers. Additionally, you will be a resource for the staff and provide a consultative approach with consumers and families towards delivering care.
