Woods & Co have partnered with a fast growing, market leading energy management consultancy, seeking a driven SME Energy Broker to join a high performing sales team.

Our client helps thousands of Australian businesses cut costs and improve efficiency through expert advisory, tailored solutions and hands on account management. With a strong reputation across the SME and commercial space, they work with clients ranging from small local businesses through to large scale operations.

As an SME Energy Broker, you'll make outbound calls to warm and self-sourced leads, build long term client relationships, and negotiate with energy suppliers to secure the best deals for your customers.

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to leads in our existing database, or prospect your own




- Build long term relationships with ongoing renewal commissions
- Learn how to analyse energy usage and recommend cost saving solutions
- Negotiate with energy suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Provide guidance on energy management and efficiency
- Develop critical communication, negotiation, and client management skills

What you need?

- Eager to learn and develop real world sales and leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities and enjoy connecting with people
- Proactive, motivated, and open to learning
- Enjoy problem solving and paying attention to detail
- Phone sales experience is a bonus, not required, but you're ready to dial, dial, dial
