Job Description

Co-Conspirators Brewing Company in Brunswick is seeking a hands-on Bar Team Leader to guide day-to-day pub operations and support a casual bar team across busy service periods. You will ensure smooth service, maintain beverage standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a craft beer workplace.

The role includes line management of bar staff, stock control, opening/closing duties, supervising events and beer releases, and training junior teammates.
