Job Description

Eldercare is seeking a part time Resident Mobility Assistant to help residents move, connect and thrive. You'll support physical wellbeing, social engagement and meaningful activities, working alongside physiotherapists and wellbeing professionals to achieve reablement goals.

This role involves one-on-one support and group activities, helping residents access spaces and participate in events while building positive relationships with staff and residents alike.
