- Deliver electrical engineering designs and technical solutions across diverse projects
- Prepare design documentation, specifications, reports and calculations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across buildings, infrastructure, defence and aviation projects
- Support project delivery through planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Work directly with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Mentor and support developing engineers and designers
- Contribute to innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build expertise across emerging and high-growth sectors including data centres

Requirements

- 7+ years' experience in Electrical Engineering
- A degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience within an engineering consultancy, contractor or major infrastructure environment
- Experience delivering building services, infrastructure, defence, aviation,



industrial or mission-critical projects
- Strong technical design and project delivery capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership will be highly regarded
- Australian Citizenship is preferred
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable
