Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high‑volume club team across South Australia. You will manage sales budgets, analyse performance, drive proactive improvements and contribute to achieving solid member experience and retention.

You will recruit, train and retain staff, run weekly 1:1s and team meetings, and conduct annual performance appraisals. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with realistic earnings, plus club access and family
