About the role The successful candidate will teach Physical Education and Health to a range of classes from Years 6 to 12.

Key responsibilities

- Teach Physical Education and Health to Years 6–12 classes
- Promote the School Vision, Mission and Values
- Display skilled behaviour in accordance with the Staff Code of Conduct and Professional Expectations
- Develop and maintain collegial communication, co-operation, and collaboration with all in the community
- Comply with the College's Work Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Attend and participate in whole staff and departmental meetings as required
- Fulfil camp commitments depending on homeroom allocation
- Provide curriculum leadership leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students
- Commit to quality pastoral care and whole person development of students

About you

- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications with experience in teaching Physical Education & Health in a senior school
- Hold current Teacher Registration and a Working with Children card
- Demonstrated teaching competence and capacity to provide curriculum leadership




- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the College community
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
