About the Role

You'll build and manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, delivering high-quality care while developing strong clinical reasoning and achieving meaningful client outcomes with ongoing support.

Your Work Will Include

- In-clinic musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Home visits across Adelaide metro
- Falls & balance classes
- Hydrotherapy and gym-based rehabilitation
- Clinical documentation and report writing
- Supporting clients with equipment and mobility aid coordination
- Contributing to smooth clinic operations and a high-quality client experience

Your Development Pathway

You’ll begin with a structured accelerated development phase,



working closely with the Principal Physiotherapist to fast-track your clinical skills.

- Observe and discuss client consultations, including complex cases
- Learn how experienced clinicians assess, reason, and make decisions
- Develop practical hands-on skills to effectively assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Build confidence in treatment planning and clinical reasoning
- Receive direct feedback to improve quickly

You'll then transition into a robust, ready-to-go caseload, with continued mentoring and support.
