About the role

Flower Master is a growing Australian-owned flower business based in Oakford, supplying quality flowers to customers across Australia. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pickers/Packers to join our team.

Key responsibilities

- Picking flowers according to quality standards
- Packing and labelling products carefully
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Picking & Pulling customer orders and making sure everything is up to standard before delivered

About you

- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive work
- Have positive attention to detail
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment




- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous farm, flower, nursery, picking or packing experience is an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person
