About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Moulding Die Setter to join our team at Supaflow Engineering in Meadowbrook, Queensland. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for setting up and operating our state-of-the-art injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components for our diverse range of manufacturing clients, 5 days a week day shift only.

What you'll be doing

- Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce components to precise specifications in all types of plastics, including Nylon, PP, LDPE, ABS, ASA and more
- Monitor production runs and make adjustments to machine settings as required to maintain product quality
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Maintain detailed production records and liaise with quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Robotic programming with 3 axis and 6 axis robots

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Die Setter
- knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes, materials, and machinery, including Experience in 3 axis and 6 axis robots




- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve production issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a team
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing
