At Adica Insurance, we're building the capability to deliver meaningful transformation across our business, and we're looking for a PMO Analyst to play a critical role in that journey.
This is more than a governance and reporting position. You'll be a trusted partner to our Strategy, Change and Transformation teams, helping provide visibility across the portfolio, supporting prioritisation decisions, managing resource and capacity planning, and ensuring the benefits of our initiatives are realised.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll work closely with leaders across Transformation, Strategy and Change to provide oversight and insight across a growing portfolio of initiatives.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting enterprise portfolio planning, prioritisation and roadmap management.
- Providing visibility of upcoming initiatives and helping assess portfolio demand and capacity.
- Working closely with Change Managers and business stakeholders to understand change impacts, resource requirements and organisational change saturation.
- Supporting resource and capability planning across the portfolio.
- Developing and maintaining portfolio reporting, dashboards and executive insights.
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on benefits realisation across strategic initiatives.
- Providing recommendations and advisory support to assist decision-making and prioritisation.
- Supporting governance, delivery assurance and portfolio management practices.
- Driving continuous improvement across PMO frameworks, reporting and processes.
What you'll bring We're looking for someone who understands how to balance delivery priorities,
business capacity and strategic outcomes.
You'll bring
- Experience in a PMO, Portfolio Management, Project Governance or Transformation environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across different business areas.
- Experience supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation or roadmap development.
- Exposure to resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning or demand management.
- Experience tracking and reporting on perks realisation and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide meaningful recommendations and insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information to leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience working within organisational change or transformation programs.
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
