Practice Manager | Vetwest Ballajura | Full-Time

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same.

One minute you might be helping a team member solve a problem, the next you're chatting with clients, improving a process that's frustrating everyone, or finding new ways to help the clinic grow.

You'll spend time both on shift and off shift working on the business, supporting the team, improving workflows, keeping things running smoothly, and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated.

If you're a qualified Veterinary Nurse, there's also the opportunity to stay involved clinically. If not, you'll still play an important role supporting reception and helping deliver outstanding client experience.

While you'll be leading the clinic, you'll have plenty of support around you. You'll be part of a network of experienced Practice Managers across WA who regularly share ideas, offer advice, and help each other navigate the challenges and celebrate wins that come with the role.

Veterinary experience is helpful, but strong leadership skills and the right attitude are even more important.
