Job Description

St Vincent's Public Hospital Sydney in Darlinghurst is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, dispensing, distribution and medication counselling. The role is a permanent, full time position in the Pharmacy department, with weekend and on-call rosters, and a focus on safety and quality improving patient outcomes.

Current AHPRA registration is required, with unrestricted scope. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams, participate in formulary decisions, and take part
