About the Role

During an exciting period of continued growth and transformation, there is an opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse Manager to join our busy practice.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Practice Nurses, Treatment Room Assistants and Medical Assistants.

- Managing treatment room operations to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, rostering and workforce planning activities.

- Managing employee performance, development plans and ongoing education.

- Conducting health assessments, immunisations and chronic disease management activities.





- Managing treatment room equipment, stock levels, maintenance and compliance requirements.

- Working closely with the Practice Manager and Medical Director to support operational and financial objectives.

This role is ideal for experienced nurses who enjoy leadership, hands-on patient care, team development and working within a growing healthcare environment.

About You

To be successful in this role:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

- Previous leadership experience within healthcare.

- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience.

- Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Unrestricted Australian working rights.

- Evidence of vaccination history and immunity.
