YOUR ROLE

At Boost Tutoring, being a tutor is more than simply helping students complete their homework. You are a mentor, role model and source of motivation for every student you work with. We are looking for tutors who bring high energy, confidence, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

As a Boost Tutor, you will:

- Deliver engaging, high-energy tutoring sessions
- Build strong relationships with students and create a supportive, motivating environment where every student feels confident to learn.
- Guide and support students from K-10 across English and Maths
- Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Review and follow up on weekly homework
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Bring a positive, confident and professional attitude to every shift




- Represent the Boost Tutoring brand and teaching standards
- Work collaboratively with the Boost Tutoring team, participating in team meetings, training and development opportunities when required.

WHAT TO SUBMIT IN YOUR APPLICATION

- HSC Results & ATAR (or equivalent qualification)

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Consistent availability throughout the week and Saturdays
- Currently studying or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (if applicable)

Pay: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour
