The Role

You will be teaching a class at Primary level between Prep to Grade 3 using the Australian (VIC) curriculum.

Specialisms in Visual Arts, Music and PE from Prep to Grade 5 are also welcome as there may be scope for a more subject-aligned role for the right candidate in future.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment with a strong focus on student well-being.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

- Bachelors / Post-graduate studies in education / related subject.




- Valid teaching licence / current teaching registration, preferably from Australia (e.g. VIT).
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience at primary age range.
- Experience within the Australian curriculum is advantageous.
- Previous international teaching experience, particularly within the Middle East context, would be an advantage.
- Dynamic and creative approach to teaching and motivating students.
- Flexibility and resilience required to work in a team at fast growing schools.
