Principal Consultant – AI & Data Platform Manager

- Define and execute enterprise AI & Data technology strategy and roadmap.
- Provide Head-of-Technology-level leadership across AI, Data, Cloud and Platform Engineering.
- Own the target-state architecture for scalable AI and Data platforms.
- Lead Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI Agent and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Establish reusable AI platform services, APIs, frameworks and engineering patterns.
- Drive AI/ML platform modernisation, cloud adoption and technology transformation.
- Ensure platforms meet enterprise requirements for scalability, resilience and performance.
- Establish AI governance, Responsible AI, security, privacy and risk controls.
- Define standards for model evaluation, monitoring, observability and production readiness.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk and Business leadership.




- Translate business objectives into technology strategy and high-value AI solutions.
- Lead technology discovery, solution shaping, MVPs and production implementation.
- Provide technical governance and oversight for strategic technology programmes.
- Drive DevOps, SRE, automation, CI/CD and engineering excellence.
- Optimise platform reliability, operational performance and technology costs.
- Evaluate emerging AI, Data and Cloud technologies and strategic vendor solutions.
- Lead technology investment decisions, prioritisation and business cases.
- Build AI/Data engineering capability through mentoring and technical leadership.
- Influence enterprise-wide technology standards, architecture and transformation.
- Act as a senior technology advisor to executives and business stakeholders.
