Position : Process and Controls Expert

Location: Sydney

Job Type: 4 Months Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Process and Controls Expert for a contract of 6 months role based out of Sydney

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage risks for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information and data;

- Support business in designing robust controls to mitigate business risks & meet compliance requirements; and

- Conduct risk & control assessments & provide recommendations for risk mitigation and improvements/





- Ability to translate risk and compliance issues into business / customer focused solutions

- Experience in operational risk / compliance experience in a consulting / audit firm with financial services experience.

- Ability to draft target state of business processes with changes in risk and controls environment

- Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders

- Demonstrates superior verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrates business knowledge and pragmatic approach to resolving issues

- Demonstrates a strong ability to persuade stakeholders, focusing on key perks to all parties

- Experience in process mapping tool and working knowledge of GRC tool (preferably IBM open pages)
