Process Worker - Meat Processing Facility****Immediate Start | Ongoing Casual Positions | Multiple Shifts Available

Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a busy and well-established meat processing facility located in Blacktown. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role working in a cold, wet environment, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.

Shift Options

We have a variety of shifts available, including:

- Early Morning: From 4:00am
- Day Shift: From 5:00am
- Afternoon Shift: From 1:00pm
- Evening Shifts From 3:00pm

Please note: Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so flexibility is essential.

About the Role

Duties may include

- Meat preparation and processing.
- Packing finished products ready for distribution.
- Labelling and quality checking products.
- Working on production lines.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.

As production requirements change,



you may work across different sections of the facility. About You To be successful, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- The ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and varying start times.
- Valuable communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- A strong commitment to food safety, quality and workplace safety.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
