Job Summary

Position : Product Manager

Location: Sydney

Job Type: 6 Months Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Product Manager for a contract of 6 months contract role based out of Sydney.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- Work on real time customer facing situations and provide consulting to create viable and winning solutions

- Manage financial performance & key performance metrics,

- Develop competitive strategy and roadmap using competitor analysis,

- Conduct customer/market research,

- Develop new product opportunities,

- Manage relationships with support groups within organization eg: IT, Operations, Sales, Legal etc,

- Drive change management for uptake of the new product within business





- Engage in client facing roles and build business relationships to get more business for Genpact

- Constant connect with executive leadership for mentorship & guidance

- 5 years+ experience in Business division of a bank (financial institution)

- Strong understanding of Lending Products, preferably Business Lending

- Strong communication skills to negotiate with key external stakeholders (e.g. Distribution, Operations, Technology, Credit Risk)

- Experience working in Agile delivery environment, have worked as a Product owner

Or at least as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master

- Strong decision-making skills

- Solid problem-solving skills

- Should work in teams and be accountable to drive deliverables

- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
