About the role

Innotech Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-driven Product Test and Support Engineer to become a valued member of our Research and Development team. In this full-time role, you’ll provide essential testing, troubleshooting and product support, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute testing protocols for new and existing hardware, software and embedded products.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues raised by internal stakeholders, providing reproducible findings to the R&D; team.




- Support and maintain existing products and systems, including testing, validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Document test results, technical issues and product performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to support product development, validation and lifecycle management.

Experience and Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience testing, troubleshooting and supporting hardware, software, firmware or embedded systems in a technical setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing technical documentation, Test plan, test reports and user-focused information.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while also managing priorities and working autonomously when required.
