About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Galvaniser / Production Team Members to join our team in Maryborough, QLD.

This is a full-time, hands-on role within our galvanising plant, working in a heavy industrial environment. As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day hot-dip galvanising process, preparing steel for galvanising, operating plant and equipment, and ensuring every product meets our high standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

We are ideally seeking someone who can commence with us from Mid October 2026.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

- Preparing, loading and unloading steel products for the hot-dip galvanising process.
- Operating cranes, hoists, forklifts and other plant equipment safely.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and safety procedures.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure coating quality and workmanship meet required standards.
- Completing production records, quality checks and shift documentation.
- Monitoring equipment and reporting any faults or process issues.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks and maintaining a clean and organised work area.




- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to the review of SOPs and work instructions.
- Working closely with your teammates to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.

About You You'll thrive in this role if you're reliable, safety-focused and enjoy hands-on work. You take pride in producing quality work, work well as part of a team and are willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You'll ideally bring

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment.
- The ability to read and follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety documentation.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic numeracy skills.
- The physical ability to perform manual work in a hot, noisy and demanding environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and following PPE requirements at all times.
- Flexibility to work shift work, overtime and adjusted hours to meet operational and customer demand.
- Experience in hot-dip galvanising, steel manufacturing or similar industrial processes (advantageous).
- A forklift licence, crane operating experience or other relevant industrial licences (advantageous).
